THE SMOKE KIT
Masonry Fireplace in-a-box
The Smoke Kit is our proprietary fireplace kit design. The smoke kit comes in 3 sizes for standard fireplace openings, installs quickly atop site built masonry cmu, and is crafted from heavy gauge steel for fast, high-performance drafting. The smoke kit comes finished in a high-temp black powder-coat covered in a specialty insulation with performance ratings that exceed standard clay and masonry encased fireplace systems.

Open Hearth Fireplaces with Gas Log Sets
Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects brought us onto this public project for an indoor and an outdoor open fireplace. We designed and fabricated these fireplaces and the custom Gas Log Sets.

A custom blackened conical steel hooded gas fireplace suspended from a ceiling. A custom steel round hearth seat surrounds the gas log set and serves as a seat for those seeking the warmth of a dramatic fire on those rainy Northwest days.
